Jako inżynier wsparcia technicznego rozpoczniesz pracę w dziale wdrożenia produktu, gdzie przez 9-12 miesięcy będziesz brać udział w procesach produkcyjnych, poznając dogłębnie budowę i zasady działania laserów Fluence. W tym okresie zdobędziesz niezbędne kwalifikacje w obszarach: konstrukcji mechanicznej, układów chłodzenia, elektroniki i oprogramowania sterującego, a także spawania światłowodów specjalistycznych oraz prowadzenia wiązki laserowej w układach optycznych. Nauczysz się też identyfikować problemy w złożonych systemach optyczno-elektronicznych i znajdować ich rozwiązania.
Następnie dołączysz do działu wsparcia technicznego, gdzie Twoim głównym zadaniem będzie praca z laserami w zakresie instalacji, serwisu i integracji z innymi urządzeniami i systemami wykorzystywanymi przez klientów. Będziesz odbywać podróże służbowe - średnio 1-2 miesięcznie, głównie zagraniczne, oraz pomagać klientom zdalnie, mailowo i telefonicznie, w obszarze jak najlepszego wykorzystania laserów Fluence do ich indywidualnych i zróżnicowanych celów.

- Provide technical guidance and training to distributors, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively promote and sell our femtosecond lasers.
