About our values

We come from different backgrounds both industrial and academic. We have one thing in common: we all used to use commercial laser systems in our everyday work. Therefore, we understand how frustrating, demotivating and expensive it might be to constantly adjust, align, fix and service your laser. While fighting with the commercial systems, we came up with a technology that is robust and passively stable. This motivated us to share that technology with you, so you could focus on your work.

The first ultrafast laser R&D in our team was started as early as in 2003, based on heritage of the first Polish femtosecond laser, built in 1989. Long years of research and hard work has lead our team to find a way to make femtosecond lasers exceptionally environmentally stable and immune to shock and vibration. We are devoted to fill-in the long-standing market gap of truly service-free femtosecond lasers for micromachining.

We are devoted to provide the highest standards of quality and reliability of our products. Client satisfaction is at the very top of the company values, together with the philosophy that a high-quality product should serve a long time without any degradation, with the lifetime extending well over the warranty period.

Why our products?

All-fiber design

All our laser systems maximize use of the fiber design and free-space optics is avoided wherever possible. Our 1030 nm ultrafast oscillator, the most crucial part of every femtosecond laser, is built in all-fiber technology that uses passive interference for modelocking and eliminates degradable components such as SESAM. The robustness of this approach allows our lasers to achieve unprecedented stability and environmental resilience.

Wide temperature range

Most of our products and components are tested in an environmental chamber as they run to ensure they work exceptionally well in a very wide range of temperatures. The acceptable ambient temperature spans from 15°C to 50°C, while some elements were tested to operate from -10ºC to 100°C, maintaining its operational parameters at all times.

Shock immunity

We understand not everyone can afford having a still-stable conditions of their environment. That is why we test our systems on a vibrational platform as they run. Our core product (the 1030 nm femtosecond oscillator) was tested to operate at accelerations as high as 40g. The power and repetition rate was always rock solid throughout the test.

Advanced diagnostics

Our products are tested using state‑of‑the‑art diagnostics equipment. We offer the same tools to our customers: compact Real‑time Autocorrelator and Spectral Phase Interferometer. Visit our web page regularly, other devices will follow soon.
