Compact femtosecond fiber laser for micromachining applications in metals and semiconductors for the electronics industry.
Activities carried out within the project:
The project involves conducting R&D works and implementing their results into business operations through the development of a new laser and launching its production within 2.5 years.
Target groups:
Companies from the precision electronics sector, enterprises specializing in metal micromachining, and industrial R&D centers.
Project objective:
The aim of the project is to develop a new type of femtosecond fiber laser that will fill a market gap in various industrial laser micromachining applications.
Project completion:
As a result of the project implementation, an innovative, air-cooled, compact femtosecond laser will be developed, increasing the international competitiveness of Fluence Sp. z o.o.
