Fluence Technology is an innovative company specializing in the production of all-fiber femtosecond lasers. We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our dynamic team as we expand our presence in the APAC region. As the Sales Manager APAC, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and establishing Fluence Technology as a leader in the field.   • Develop and execute the sales strategy for Fluence Technology’s femtosecond lasers in the APAC region, with a focus on key industries such as consumer electronics and semiconductors.
  • Identify and engage with potential distributors, evaluate their suitability, and establish productive partnerships to drive sales growth.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to distributors, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively promote and sell our femtosecond lasers.
  • Collaborate with distributors to develop and execute marketing plans, including trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers in the consumer electronics and semiconductor industries, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Communicate with academic customers to explore research and development opportunities and understand their requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure the continuous improvement of our femtosecond laser offerings based on customer feedback and market demands.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to communicate progress, achievements, and challenges to senior management.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, preferably in photonics or a related discipline. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the photonics field or related advanced scientific equipment.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of femtosecond laser technology.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with distributors, customers, and internal teams.
  • Valid driving license is required.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in additional languages, including Polish, is a plus.
